Program Initiation

1. As a part of program initiation , new affiliates can either choose to promote site wide Fisherman's Marines and Outdoor products on their forums, blogs, articles, posts, stories etc , 
2. Or they can promote a specific or a bundle of products at a higher selling price as per their niche to earn higher commission on sales.

On choosing the second, new affiliates are required to purchase Fisherman's Marines and Outdoor products at a discounted price. This is to demonstrate your commitment and dedication to the program and our brand. Approved affiliates will receive an email after the initial welcome email that will contain a one time use discount code which can be applied to the product of your choice(Exceptions may apply).

Reimbursement

Affiliates will be reimbursed for initial product purchase after they have successfully established their program and made at least 5 sales through the program. Failure to promote or to make sales will void the right to reimbursement.

Complimentary Products

Once affiliates have established themselves in the program, Fisherman's Marines and Outdoor may send complimentary products for affiliates to test and enjoy. This is a gesture of appreciation for your dedication to the brand.

Termination Rights

Fisherman's Marines and Outdoor retains the authority to terminate the affiliate program at its discretion and at any time. Termination may occur if the shared content is deemed inconsistent with the company's values or if it poses a potential harm to the company's image.

Active Promotion Requirement

 Affiliates enrolled in the program are obligated to actively promote the Fisherman’s Marine and Outdoor brand or its products. This active promotion is a prerequisite for earning monetary compensation, which is directly tied to the sales generated through the affiliate program.

Coupon Code Usage

Affiliates are prohibited from advertising coupon codes obtained from non-affiliate marketing channels, including the Fisherman's Marines and Outdoor website or email newsletters. Unauthorized promotions, beyond those available on our affiliate program ad campaign list through AvantLink, will not be permitted. Any requests for the use of coupon codes outside the provided list must be submitted in writing for approval.
