At fishermans-marine.com we want to bring you all of the customer service we are famous for in our popular stores. We want to offer you great service, the best selection of tried and true merchandise at good prices and our hot sale prices we are known for when we run our ads. Because we do not "build in shipping costs" into our prices, we do have to charge for shipping. We have negotiated great rates and will offer you the opportunity to pick the best shipping option for where you live, when you want the goods, and how much you want to pay. We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). At this time we do not offer international shipping.

You do not have to wait until you get to the check out, after filling in all of your information, to find out what you will be charged for shipping. As soon as you put an item in your shopping cart, you can use the convenient shipping calculator to find out what options will be available for your shipment and how much it will be. We do not "upcharge" or tack on a "handling fee" . You are quoted and pay the exact cost of shipping. 

Currently we use the following shipping options:

USPS Flat Rate Ground

UPS Ground Delivery

UPS Next Day Air Delivery

UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery

Because we want to offer you the best in customer service you will have tracking capability with USPS as well as UPS and will receive tracking information as soon as your product leaves our fulfillment center.

We typically ship the product ordered Monday through Thursday within 24 hours. Orders after noon on Friday typically won't ship until the following Monday.  For estimated delivery in days of transit, see map below.

Free shipping programs do not apply to shipments outside of the continental U.S., air freight or for packages that exceed regular ground parcel dimensions.

Free In Store Pickup is available. Pickup dates can vary with merchandise availability. While some items may be available same day, it may take up to 72 hours. The store selected for pickup will email you when your order is complete and ready to be picked up. When ordering the merchandise please select store pickup in the billing information page at the check out then again on the next page and choose the store you would like to pick your order up in.

During some limited time promotions, like the 14 hr Black Friday promotion, we may temporarily disable In Store Pickup.

NOTE: When picking up the order you will be required to bring your order confirmation and id that matches the billing name. Gift cards are not available for online purchasing with in-store pickup.
